Vatn’s CivTAK plugin allows users to plan complex missions from mobile devices or computers with minimal training, with all the features and benefits of TAK. Our plugin features pre-planned behaviors, like loitering, patrols, and grid searching, that auto plans paths for one or more vehicles, saving users time and hassle.

PORT SECURITY

Torsk enhances port security with continuous automated patrols of the port with any sensor required, or send a vehicle to inspect a specific concern. Traditional methods relying on human divers and tethered ROVs are costly, time-consuming, hazardous, and less effective. Torsk autonomously patrol port areas, inspecting hulls, piers, and underwater structures, and ensuring rapid detection of threats or anomalies.

SEARCH & RECOVERY

Vatn AUVs leverage advanced technologies such as collaborative autonomy and swarming to efficiently search large areas. This approach allows our AUVs to work together seamlessly, covering more ground in less time compared to traditional methods. Additionally, our AUVs are equipped with automatic target classification capabilities, enabling them to identify and report objects of interest with precision.

LAW ENFORCEMENT EFFORTS

Law enforcement faces complexities in everything from searching for evidence to patrolling vast coastlines and long rivers. Vatn keeps public safety divers our of harm’s way during evidence searches and enables deployment of sensors to ensure compliance with fishing restrictions, prevent illegal immigration, stop drug smuggling, and more. COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS & SENSOR DEPLOYMENTS

Using collaborative autonomy and swarming, our AUVs can cover large areas quickly, ideal for inspecting underwater infrastructure like pipelines, cables, and oil rigs. They can rapidly identify and report anomalies with automatic target classification, enabling timely maintenance. For sensor deployments, our AUVs accurately place sensors for optimal data collection.
